Hilton Corporate Codes
You’ve been asking for it and here it is! Hilton works with a number of large companies to offer their employees discounts for business or leisure vacation travel.
This is for those making hotel bookings with cash as opposed to how traditionally we’ve focused on how to smartly spend your points such as the best Hilton Category 1 hotels and saving up for aspirational resort stays at the Conrad Maldives.
Not a fan of Hilton but loyal to Marriott? Don’t worry, I have you covered with Marriott corporate codes Hyatt corporate codes, and IHG codes.
Read next: If you want to see them all together, we have a compilation of all and the best hotel corporate codes.
Looking at the table below, you’ll see that you can get discounts as good as 20% off with these corporate codes.
Can Anyone Use These Codes?
Simple answer: No
More in depth: Keep on reading
While similar to car rental corporate codes, what makes hotel corporate codes hard to use is that they are much more diligent about asking for identification to prove that you are associated to the company your code is for.
With car rentals you can get away with it as there’s no strong enforcement but with hotels it’s an 80% chance and up.
If you are affiliate with the company (employee, customer, vendor), you can take advantage of these negotiated rates.
Some say that in Asia, they check 100% of the time while in Europe and in North America they are less than 10% but that may be an urban legend. Ultimately, if you use these codes, chances are pretty high you’ll be asked for ID.
What Do I Need To Prove Affiliation With The Company?
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- A badge or pass with the company name and picture
- A business card that includes your name and company
- An email address the hotel will confirm by sending you a confirmation
List Of Hilton Corporate Codes
Here is a full listing of Hilton corporate codes for your information.
We’ve also hand-checked every single one to make sure they’re valid and also calculated the discount rate since it’s not posted. If there are any weird limitations, we’ve made note of them as well.
Also notice how there are separate columns for different types of brands and the differentiation between North America (USA and Canada) vs. Europe.
Outside of Hilton corporate discount codes, they also have special landing pages created for businesses. For those that have them and also have a code, we’ve added the link to the name of the company.
TIP: When you click on any of the links below, the code will be automatically applied to your search. It will also copy the code to your clipboard of your computer or smartphone so you can paste it in if you need to.

How To Enter Hilton Corporate Codes
If you’ve clicked on one of the links above, you’re already good to go but if you decide to try it some other time, here is where you should be entering it into.
From the home page, you can expand out the reservation box by clicking on “Special Rates”. From there, you’ll see the “Corporate Account” field. This is where you enter in the corporate code.
Note how a corporate code is not the same as a Hilton promo code which is called a “Promotion Code”.
Comparing Regular Rates Against Corporate Rates
The newly redesigned Hilton website makes it pretty easy to see what the available rates are. You just need to take a few steps to get to the page that’ll show you what your corporate preferred rate is versus the general rate and other promotions going on.
Starting with your search results page, you’ll see that the company is identified in the rates. If the company name doesn’t appear, that means the code is not valid for that brand of property or that one specifically.
You’ll land on a page that’ll show you all the different types of rooms. You have to click on “More Prices Available” to go to the next page.
On this checkout page, you’ll see all the options that are available to you including current public promotions, different rate options, and of course the preferred rate aka corporate discount promotion.
Special Hilton Corporate Discount Landing Pages
Unique corporate codes are typically the primary way that all hotel corporate codes work but Hilton has released a list of special landing pages for negotiated rates for business and leisure travel.
These are intended to be used for employees of these companies.
The table below organizes all of the companies’ landing pages in alphabetical order and includes the discount rate if available and special notes.
While most of these offers are chainwide (across the entire Hilton family), we still found that there were many exceptions.
Leisure, business, or both?: There is a mixed bag across the board. Some explicitly mention it as one or the other and others don’t say anything at all. It’s best to consult with your company to find out when you can use these discounts.
NOTE: The data was collected by using San Diego as the location so for companies that displayed no results, it’s possible that they work in other regions of the world. Also, there were several companies on the list that redirected to the homepage so they have been removed.
How To Use Corporate Discount Landing Pages
If you look at the table above, there are links from the business names. These go to Hilton’s special landing pages for negotiated rates for business & leisure.
This allows employees to be able to book travel without needing to memorize the corporate discount codes.
The benefit of these pages is that it takes out the guess work of using the codes that can be different between leisure/business, different parts of the world, and different Hilton brands.
Discount Codes For Everyone
If you’re freaked out about using corporate codes and don’t want to take the risk, there are luckily other ways to save money by using alternative Hilton coupon codes. Here’s a look at a few special programs.
MVP Program
There was a time when it was very easy to use the MVP rates.
Some have said that they sometimes still work so we’re still including it on this list as it was known to fetch a 20% discount.
The MVP code program was designed to entice people travelling with sports teams or for sporting events. This casts a pretty wide net and as a result, anyone more-or-less was able to use the code.
Officially, here is who this program was intended for:
As a valued, coach, leader or participant of group travel for sports, we invite you to receive a discount off the best available rate at participating hotels in the Hilton portfolio. Find hotels above to get your team’s next trip started.
Please note: You must be an athletic administrator, athlete, or affiliated with a sports entity, sports-related company, sports group or event to be eligible. You will be asked to show credentials, such as an official business card designated with your team logo, etc.
How to use the MVP code
The below are the codes for the MVP program. Try both to see which works.

[1] Use the website
Just like the corporate codes, you can drop it in the “Corporate Code” field and see what results come out. It’s very hit-or-miss in terms of what properties accept it. On top of that, the Hilton website can act kind of wonky with the codes applied where it doesn’t properly show up on the “Select a rate” page.
[2] Use the MVP page
I have not been able to get this method to work but since 2020, it’s been reported that you can no longer book via the MVP website without the required association with targeted sports programs.
The MVP page is pretty simple but once you enter you search criteria in, the new tab that pops open never populates.
[3] Use the Hilton Honors app
Like using the website on desktop, this is the exact same process.
Can anyone use the MVP code?
The online opinion about MVP is that yes, anyone can use the code and there have been many people that have had luck with it without being asked ID.
That said, if you look at the MVP page, you’ll see that it does say “You will be asked to show credentials, such as an official business card designated with your team logo, etc.”
Team USA Codes
After the MVP program, most of the savvy travellers have known about the Team USA Hilton discount codes.
I’m not going to re-iterate everything again but again, there’s some risk in using it for sure but I know many have tried and have had success.
Obviously, this only makes sense if you carry a US passport.
Many have been able to use this code without being checked for ID.
Hilton Honors Discount
Hilton wants everyone booking to be Hilton Honors members. As a result, they straight up offer better rates.
In some cases, these Honors discounts can be better than any preferred rate via discount code.
Special promotions
Every quarter or so Hilton rolls out new promotions. For instance, right now there’s one called “Dream Away” and ironically the discount they’re offering is better than some of those corporate codes.
A promotion like this is positioned like this: “Hilton Honors members get up to 20% off in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and up to 30% off in Asia.”
Typically, promotions are geared towards Hilton Honors members so it’s a no brainer to sign up if you haven’t already yet.
Here are a few other promo codes that we’re aware of:
- Family Fun Promo Code – Use PBFFP1 or FP to get breakfast for 4, premium wifi and late checkout at participating Hilton Portfolio hotels worldwide.
- Leisure Escape Promo Code – Use promo code RPTVS1 or TVS and Get $50 daily credit for every night of your stay, at participating Hilton Portfolio hotels worldwide. Use your on-property credit for dining, shopping, relaxing, and more!
- Essential Extras Promo Code – Use promo code HPWHE2 or H1W and Book your stay with Essential Extras, including daily breakfast, premium WiFi and late check-out (subject to availability), at participating Hilton Portfolio hotels worldwide!
- Long Weekend Promo Code – Use promo code PGLWP1 or LWP and Stay 3 nights & Save up to 50% on Sundays at participating Hilton Portfolio hotels worldwide.
Check the latest Hilton deals
The first place you should always look to see what’s happening is the page below.
AAA, CAA, AARP, and Senior Discounts
Hilton allows you to apply and check discounts if you’re a AAA member. There are also discounts for AARP members, CAA, and if you’re a senior and don’t belong to any association.
Members save up to 15% and earn Honors points when booking with AAA or CAA rates. This also works internationally although the discount seems to reduce down to 10% off.
The AARP discount is 10%.
The senior discount rate is not as good at 5% off.
These are easy to check because in the reservation system, there are checkboxes explicitly for these under “Special Rates”.
Live in the US and not a member of AARP? It only costs $12 for your first year but $16/year normally. As long as you’re 50 and older, you purchase AARP membership. You can save 10% off the best available rate with Hilton.
Price Matching
Lastly, don’t forget that Hilton has their new Price Match Guarantee program.
If you find a better rate anywhere else including OTA’s like Booking.com for the same accommodation and terms at any point before your reservation is made or up to 24 hours after making your reservation through one of the official Hilton booking channels, they will honor the lower price and take an additional 25% off the room rate for each night of your stay.
The submission process is through an online claim form.
